- °1/2 cup chili sauce
- °1/3 cup white vinegar
- °1/2 cup brown sugar
- °2 cloves garlic
- °2 tablespoons soy sauce
- °salt to taste
- °pepper to taste
- °2 baby jars (128 ml each) apricots
Boil the ribs in water for about 45 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Marinate the ribs in this marinade for about 2 hours.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour or on the BBQ until golden brown.
