3 cups cake flour

 

3/4 tsp salt

 

1/2 tsp baking powder

 

1/2 tsp baking soda

 

3 cups sugar

7 large eggs

 

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

 

1 cup sour cream

 

6 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup seedless strawberry jam
