3 c cold mashed sweet potatoes

1 c sugar

3 eggs

½ c 2% milk

¼ c butter

1 t salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

TOPPING

½ c packed brown sugar

½ c chopped pecans

¼ c all purpose flour

1 T cold butter

In a large bowl, beat the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, alt and vanilla until smooth. Transfer into a greased 2 qt baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, pecans and flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
