2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 red pepper cutting to 1-inch cubes or tranches
1 green bell pepper, cutting to 1-inch cubes or slices
8 oz 8-ounce sirloin, cut to strips against the grain
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ C packed brown sugar
½ C low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cornstarch

In skillet or wok pan on medium heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Adding bell pepper also cooking about 1-2 minutes to soft. Removing from the heat is also set apart on a plate.
