You’ll Need :
1 3/4 lb Baby Red potatoes, halved
3 Tbsp Butter, melted (I used olive oil)
2 tsp dill
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a small bowl mix together melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour seasoned butter into a 9 x 13” baking dish. Cover the entire bottom of the dish.
Place potato halves in melted seasoned butter cut side down. Brush the tops of the potatoes with seasoned butter that has pooled between potato halves. Top with a sprinkle of additional sea salt.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until potatoes reach the desired level of crispness. Bottoms should be nice and golden brown, and crisp.
