Warm and spicy, just like a bonfire on a summer night — this Campfire Cocktail is made with Fireball cinnamon whiskey and is layered to look like glowing embers!

“Campfire” Fireball Cocktail

Summer is on the way and that means warm nights, sunsets, and bonfires!

I have such fond memories of these campfires of my childhood. During the summer when I was a kid we would visit family and the evenings were spent around the fire, eating hot dogs and roasting marshmallows. I’m sure the grown-ups enjoyed some grown-up beverages too!

Now that I’m a grown-up myself, I’ve decided that it’s high time I create a cocktail that is perfect for those summer bonfire nights. This Campfire Cocktail is made with a blend of liquor, juices, and Fireball cinnamon whiskey…for a kick! It’s sweet, spicy, and sultry…like those summer nights by the fire.

And it even looks like a campfire too! This is a layered drink, that fades from a bright red to orange to a golden yellow at the top. And it’s easy to make with simple ingredients and mixers.

Even though I made this recipe with summer in mind, it would be perfect to add to your fall cocktails list too! That ombre effect is so neat…it’s sure to be an instant favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Grenadine
  • 1-ounce Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Bourbon
  • 2 ounces Peach Juice
  • 1-ounce Rum
  • 2 ounces Cranberry Juice

Homemade Banana Cream Pie

Instructions

  • Pour grenadine into the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
  • Use a cocktail shaker to combine the rum and cranberry juice. Pour slowly into the glass, so as to not entirely mix with the grenadine at the bottom of the glass.
  • Rinse the cocktail shaker and shake to combine the Fireball whisky, bourbon, and peach juice. Pour this mixture into the glass, again, do this carefully so you have a layered look: red, orange, and gold.
