Sticky, meaty, and delicious, this Philly Cheesecake sandwich is delicious in its simplicity. This sandwich has pushed the boundaries of Philadelphia into frequent, casual satisfying meals on the dinner table.  When you assemble it yourself, you can test with special cheeses, greens, bread, and pork chops until you make your dream Philly Cheesesteak. The opportunities are endless & delicious! This traditional sandwich turned into birth while Pat Oliveri, the owner of warm dogs in Philadelphia, decides he’s getting sick getting dogs warm for lunch. He grabbed some pork from a neighborhood butcher, tossed it on his grill, and put it into a warm dog bun. And just like that, the neighborhood obsession became here!

Ingredients :

° 2 lbs pork

° 2 little experienced bell peppers

° 1 huge yellow onion

° 1 lb. mushrooms

° 1 P cut ​​provolone cheese
