Ingredients: 4 people.
°250 gm dark chocolate
°50gm fine sugar
°150 grams butter
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°60gm sifted flour
°pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to No. 6 (180).
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the dark chocolate cut into pieces. Let it dissolve gently in Marie’s bath.
Remove the heat from the heat, add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, then the eggs, beaten in an omelet with a pinch of salt.
Add flour and mix well.
Grease a square mold with butter, pour the mixture into it, and bake for 15 minutes.
Then let it rest for 5 minutes in the closed oven, then refrigerate for half an hour. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours.
Loosen it and cut it into individual pieces.
