Ingredients :

°2 large green tomatoes
°2 eggs and ½ cup (125 ml) milk
°1/2 cup (125 ml) flour
°1/2 cup (125 ml) cornflour
°1/2 cup (125 ml) breadcrumbs
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:
