°1 cup sugar
°½ cup cocoa powder
°1 cup flour
°2 teaspoons baking powder
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a cup of milk
°four tablespoons melted butter
°1 egg yolk
°2 tsp vanilla extract
°Half-candy chocolate chip cup
°1 cup boiling water
1- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F . Spray an 8-inch rectangular baking pan with cooking spray. Whisking ½ C sugar with ½ C cocoa powder & set apart.
2- Mix the flour, the rest of the cup of sugar, and the rest of the cup of cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl. Whisk collectively the milk, butter, egg yolks, and vanilla in a medium bowl till smooth. Stir the milk combination into the flour combination till absolutely combined. Fold the chocolate chips
3- Using a rubber spatula, scrape the dough right into an organized pan and distribute it at the corners. Sprinkle the cocoa combination and reserved sugar calmly on top. Sweetly pour boil water on cocoa. Don’t move.
four- Bake the cake till the top of the cake is cracked, the sauce effervescent and a toothpick inserted into the area of the cake comes out on the whole clean, approximately 22-24 minutes. Cool on a rack for a minimum of 10 minutes. Serve something heat with vanilla and ice cream.
