ingredients :
°115 g butter
°120 gm fine sugar
°1 gram cinnamon
°2 grams nutmeg
°5 ml vanilla extract
°1 short dough
°450 grams sweet potato
°1 egg or 2 small eggs
- Methods:
level 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) and spread the dough into a pie plate.
The second step
Cooking sweet potatoes in boil water for 30 min.
Step 3
Peel & mash them.
Step 4
Mix with eggs, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.
Step 5
Pour mixture on dough & baking for 45 to 50 min of cook.
