°300 gm sweet potato
°180 gm brown sugar
°160 gm rice flour
°125gm almond powder
°125gm non-hydrogenated vegetable ghee
°100 gm almond milk
°1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Peeled sweet potatoes also cut them into tranches. Steam them for 20 minutes and mash them with the almond milk.
Separate the egg yolk from the whites and whisk the egg white.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, rice flour, ground almonds, margarine, cinnamon, and egg yolk. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Gently add egg whites to the previous mixture. Stir the mixture to be well mixed.
Grease a cake pan with oil and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a hot oven (thermostat 7) for 50 minutes.
