- °2 pound frozen hash browns
- °1/2 cup butter
- °1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- °1 pint of sour cream
- °1/2 cup chopped onion
- °2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- °1 teaspoon salt
- °1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 11″ x 14″ casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, stirring. Spreading equally in prepared skillet. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
