ingredients

  • °2 pound frozen hash browns
  • °1/2 cup butter
  • °1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • °1 pint of sour cream
  • °1/2 cup chopped onion
  • °2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • °1 teaspoon salt
  • °1/2 teaspoon pepper

PINEAPPLE COOLER

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 11″ x 14″ casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, stirring. Spreading equally in prepared skillet. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
