°6 large eggs
°2 tablespoons and a half of mayonnaise
°1 tablespoon and a half to taste
°1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
°Salt and pepper to taste
°A few drops of Tabasco (to taste)
Put the eggs in the bottom of the pot. Add enough cold water to cover the eggs. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, remove from heat and leave for 15 minutes.
