Hot Chocolate – Chocolate Show

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 200 gm milk chocolate
• 1 tablespoon starch
• 500 ml milk
• 1 – vanilla sugar
• Chantilly cream

How to prepare

1 – In a cooking pot, we pour the clean milk, cocoa and starch, after sifting them. We also add sugar, vanilla, and mix the ingredients well.
2- Divide the milk chocolate into small pieces and add them to the mixture
3- Put the pot on a medium heat with stirring until the chocolate drink curdles, then pour it into cups
4 – Decorate the cups with chantilly cream
