PINEAPPLE LEMONADE
We are officially kicking off summer this week. No more school! We survived seventh grade! Wahoo. I know it’s earlier than most but we start back to school the first week of August and I’m never ready for that.

Now it’s time for cookouts and swimming pool time. We had our first cookout of the season on Friday. It was our typical impromptu get-together but so much fun.
My husband and kids made me an awesome bar-height table for the deck for Mother’s Day. It is the perfect addition to our deck and pool area. It’s so dang cool, I will have to get some pictures to share.
The top is made from two huge cedar slabs from a tree that they cut down on the ranch while clearing brush. My guys are so talented.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 quart prepared lemonade (Country Time mix or homemade)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups Sprite or lemon-lime soda
Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ingredients well and chill until ready to serve over ice.
- Stir well before serving
