SALMON PATTIES

INGREDIENTS:


Salmon: 1 can, about 7 oz (drained and crumbled)

Egg: 1 (beaten)
– Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Shallots: 2 (fine chopped)
Cracker crumbs: 2 cups
– Lemon pepper, to taste

Yields about 4 servings

STEPS TO MAKE IT:

Step1: To start off the recipe, adjust your oven’s temperature to 375°F (190°C).
Step2: Then you’re going to get a bowl and mix in the salmon, egg, olive oil, shallot, and 2/3 of the breadcrumbs then season with pepper. You should form 8 small patties with this mixture.
Step3: Once the patties are formed, you need to sprinkle them with the remaining breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet (in a single layer).
Step4: The last step is to bake until golden brown on both sides, turning the patties once, it takes around 10 minutes.
