Ingredients:
- +for about thirty cookies
- °210 g of flour
- °80 g of icing sugar
- °1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- °200g soft butter
- °1 egg white
- °1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
First, start by working the softened butter with a whisk or mixer (or a kneader like me)
& adding sifted icing sugar, vanilla sugar also salt
(do not hesitate to lift the mass with a spatula and restart the robot in order to better incorporate the butter and the sugars)
then add the egg white and mix again
and finish with sifted flour
