I remember being a kid and putting those sticks of juice in the freezer, waiting patiently while they hardened and snacking on them with our friends like it was our job. Like many childhood snacks, you simply outgrow them, but the memories that came along with them still last.
Well, I’m here today with some good news! We can now enjoy those fun childhood treats, only this time we get our very own adult version! Boozy popsicles are just like a freezie, but they have the addition of vodka, making them a yummy treat with an adult twist.
These are so easy to make, with just 3 steps and a short ingredients list. They are the perfect thing to keep in the freezer for a hot summer day or a girl’s weekend at the cabin. The fresh watermelon juice gives them a sweet, fruity flavor! I know you’re going to love this refreshing treat.
- Frozip 125 Disposable Ice Popsicle Mold Bags
- ▢4 cups watermelon cubed (approximately 2 cups watermelon juice)
- ▢½ cup lemonade
- ▢½ cup watermelon vodka
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Use a funnel to pour the watermelon juice into the freezer bags.
- Lay flat on a cookie sheet and freeze for 24 hours before serving.
